Leo and Patricia (Hatch) Jacobs

September and October are Leo’s busiest months as the fund-raising campaigns for the year “kick-off” then. He was released as bishop in late June and is now teaching 15-year-olds in Sunday School. I am teaching school again this year, and, as before, enjoy the job immensely. The Spanish program was not fully funded this year, but we’ve been able to get volunteers from the community and from WSU to take up the slack. Leah is living at home, but with work, school and social life, not spending too much time here. We have a foreign exchange student from Thailand living with us. Keing’s English skills are somewhat limited and our Thai non-existent, but we enjoy her and she seems happy.
